He responded to every request we had calmly and with ease and tremendous profesionalism. He was creative in helping me solve concerns about table placement, responsive to the needs of our a/v team and just genreally a huge pleasure to work with. From the moment I arrived at 2:00 - I knew we were in good hands!

Once again we all really enjoyed our Holiday Party at the Log Cabin. We appreciate that you got us into the Southampton Room - it was perfect for our group. The food was delicious as always and we also really enjoyed the dessert bar!

Tori worked our party both this year and last year and she was wonderful to deal with. Your wait staff was very courteous and attentive to us.

It has always been a wonderful experience working with The Log Cabin and The Delaney House. It is a first class operation with first class service.

Everyone I spoke to said that your staff transformed the space like they had never seen and it was the best evening they has attended. The staff of the Log Cabin left no detail out for the the more than 450 people in attendance. The fresh flower centerpieces were raised so the guests could better talk to each other. The servers were above their A game. Barbra Griffin and Neil Gadbois set a new bar for events at The Log Cabin

 Thank you so much for making Journey in my shoes 2012 such a spectacular evening. In addition to the new friends we made and old friends we re-connected with, the event will help friends of the homeless, Inc. continue our work supporting men and women along their personal journeys from homeless to housed.

 We realize that we could not have this successful event without our friends at The Log Cabin-Delaney House. The delicious food, beautiful presentation and the charming, professional staff elevate the evening to the one that our guests will remember for some time. This year in particular, Mother Nature threw us a curve ball with the high temperatures, but your team kept its cool and adapted easily to ensure that the event was memorable for the right reasons!

Everything was perfect last night. It was a little chilly but the Banquet Event Manager took care of that as soon as I told him. The service was excellent and the food was delicious, as always. There was one gentleman that has to eat a gluten free diet and he happened to sit at my table. The wait staff that we had was very attentive to his needs and even asked what they could bring him for dessert. He ended up with a cup of strawberries which he finished! He really appreciated the extra attention for his dietary needs. Thank you for everything! I just love holding my events at the Log Cabin because I know they will be successful. :)

Everything was great!  Service and the food were fabulous - great presentation!!  I think the company was very happy with the turnout and it was laid back so they could work and eat at the same time.

We would definitely do this again at a future date!

Hi Peter! Just wanted to drop you a quick note. I was one of the vendors at the Royal Tours tradeshow at the Log Cabin yesterday. We were treated to lunch and the entire table was so happy with the service provided by Luis. Seriously, he was so kind, gracious, attentive and courteous, I really thought you ought to know. It actually started even before the trade show opened when Ellen from the Rockwell Museum requested a glass of water and the way he handled the request . He represents you well.

It was also nice to see you again yesterday. We had a great time! How could we not -- perfect weather, atmosphere & place to have a picnic. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Nothing but compliments on everything! The service & food were top notch. Everyone couldn't believe the amount & quality of the food. They just loved the choices! The sweet potato fries were a hit! The desserts, I think, ended out being everyone's favorite. They're still talking about it today! Lynette did an excellent job bartending attending to everyone's needs. The special attention I received, especially from Josh, who is the best, was certainly appreciated.

Thanks again for all your help in getting our Summer Picnic coordinated and hopefully, we'll see you again next year.

Hi Diane,
Everything went wonderfully as usual. Those who had requested the salad were super delighted with the Caesar Salad so I am sure we will want it again when we come back for our mid-winter meeting in February. I'll probably get back to you in December with the date.

The staff did an exceptional job and always make our meetings just that much better than had we gone elsewhere.
